Organizational department is a scientific structural subdivision of the Institute, which executes organizational tasks aimed at methodical support and coordination of scientific and technical activities of the scientific divisions and the Institute as whole.

Work areas

Scientific, methodical and organizational support for the planning scientific researches, approval of the thematic plans by the Presidium of the National Academy Of Sciences of Ukraine and control over their implementation. Preparetion of reporting materials according to the results obtained during implementation of the research plans, Government scientific projects, Programs of fundamental and applied researches. Preparetion of annual reports on the scientific and organizational activities.

Scientific-methodical protection of intellectual property, conducting patent research and registration of materials for inventions, "know-how", sale of licenses in cooperation with the State Department of Intellectual Property at the Ministry of Science and Education.

Preparation of reference information materials on all areas of scientific and scientific-organizational activity of the Institute.

Organizational work on the training of scientific personnel in doctoral and postgraduate studies, control of the implementation of work plans to prepare the dissertations for obtaining scientific degrees, conducting annual certification of doctoral students and postgraduates.

Documentary and organizational procedure to fill in the vacant scientific positions, and preparation of materials required to award scientific titles.

Supplying researchers with informational materials about the scientific areas of activity, current thematic exhibitions and new scientific publications.

Creation of automated databases to keep the main scientific results, scientific personnel data,

Organization of Institute communication with media and preparation of advertising materials about new scientific developments of the Institute and its scientific and organizational activities.

Preservation of the Institute"s scientific heritage, document ordering and compilation of reference apparatus for the scientific and technical archival fund, preparation of historical records about the achievements of the Institute and its outstanding scientists.
