V. Bakul Institute of Superhard Materials National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine appeals to all those who are not indifferent to Ukrainian science, legal entities and individuals with whom we had partnership and contractual relations, to provide charitable support for repair and restoration work to eliminate missile strikes on its territory by the Russian Armed Forces. March 2022.

The missile strike resulted in the destruction and damage of buildings and structures containing laboratory and technological equipment on which advanced scientific research was conducted. A total of 13 buildings were damaged, of which two were partially destroyed (in need of major repairs), 7 were significantly damaged (need partial restoration), 4 were partially damaged (windows need to be replaced).

Destroyed:

• glass and window blocks 8774.17 m2;
• artificial or suspended ceiling 618 m2;
• interior doors of 141 pieces;
• metal doors of 8 pieces;
• gate of 5 pieces;
• 32 air conditioners;
• industrial ventilation systems 4 pcs
